Return & Refund Policy

You can return products within 7 days if:

• The product is defective or damaged
• You received the wrong item
• The product doesn't match the description on our website
• You changed your mind (product must be unused and in original packaging)

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used stationery items (pens, markers, notebooks with writing)
• Customized or personalized products
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Books with damaged covers or torn pages (unless received in that condition)

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via call, WhatsApp, or email.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Our courier will pick up the item from your address (Karachi only) or you can ship it to our warehouse.

• Karachi: Free pickup arranged by us.
• Outside Karachi: Customer bears return shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Approved Returns

• Full refund of product amount within 5–7 business days.
• Refund via bank transfer or JazzCash / EasyPaisa.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (the original delivery fee you paid won't be returned).

Rejected Returns

• Item returned to you at your expense.
• Reason for rejection will be communicated via call or WhatsApp.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product:

1. Return the original item (follow the return process above).
2. Place a new order for the product you want.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have two options:

• Full refund including shipping charges, or
• Free replacement shipped to you at no cost.

Important: Report damaged or defective items within 24 hours of delivery, with photos.

• Return received at our warehouse: 1–2 days (inspection)
• Refund processed: 3–5 business days
• Amount credited to your account: 5–7 business days (depends on your bank or payment method)
